What we collect

If you email us, we receive your name, email address and anything you include in your message. We use it to reply and, if you asked about early access, to contact you about the programme.

This site does not use cookies, advertising trackers or third-party fonts. Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, processes technical data such as IP addresses to deliver and protect the site.

Lawful basis

We rely on legitimate interests to respond to enquiries, and on steps taken at your request before entering into a contract where you ask about using our service.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry emails for up to 24 months unless you become a customer, in which case our customer terms apply.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you can ask to access, correct or delete your personal data, or object to how we use it. Email us to make a request. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
